Our master bedroom windows were cloudy, fading and we were afraid that replacing them was the only option. KV windows came out and gave us a price to replace just the glass in the windows. I had several window companies look at replacing a broken window at my house and ultimately went with Matt at KV Windows because he was the most knowledgeable and responsive. My window was an atypical install and required coordination with a roofer prior to the work being started and Matt and Jesus made the communication and coordination super easy. KV Windows is the company to call if you need a window replaced or installed. In our home we needed both as a golf ball destroyed the middle window of a three window in casement. Due to the complexity of the repair/replacement they sent out both a service person and a manager to evaluate the problem and figure out how to correct it with the most competitive price.
From that moment we called KV Windows until they completed the install and repair, it was “ painless and the cost was very competitive “
The service people were friendly and prompt when they showed up at our home, and they  kept us aware of the progress and all the key tips to maintain our new 3 window in casement. In addition they have an office person who was fantastic throughout the scheduling process. She kept us updated on the ordering of the windows, the arrival of the service people and more importantly she always answered the phone with a smile and was always responsive to our questions.
KV Windows definitely has the complete package customers want , knowledgeable people , great service , and competitive prices.
