We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it’s provided for general information only. Product details, styles, availability, energy-performance information and any examples on the site may change and may not apply to your home or building. Nothing on the site is professional engineering, legal, tax or insurance advice.
Estimates and quotes
Requesting an estimate through the site doesn’t create a contract or obligate either of us. A project begins only when we both sign a written proposal or contract. That document, not this website, sets out the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for your project. Any pricing information on the site is a general guide, not an offer.
Warranties
Windows, doors and other products we install are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, most often Pella’s. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and are provided with your project documents. Except for those written warranties, the site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Insurance claims
We can help document damage and communicate with your insurance company, but your insurer decides what is covered. We can’t guarantee claim approval or payment amounts, and you remain responsible for your deductible and any work your policy doesn’t cover.

By submitting a form or giving us your phone number, you agree that KV Windows may call or text you about your request, estimate, appointment or project, including by automated means. Acceptable use

The site’s text, photos, graphics and logos belong to KV Windows or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and logos, such as Pella, belong to their owners. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t republish our content without written permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo or testimonial, you allow us to use it on our site and marketing, with your first name and last initial, unless you tell us otherwise.
